How long will delivery take?

How much space can the bags save?
Depending on the clothing and how the bag is packed, the kit can reduce packed volume by up to 60%. Results vary with the contents.
Do I need a vacuum cleaner?
No. The kit includes a compact cordless pump designed to remove air through the bag's one-way valve.
What if the bag starts letting air in?
Check that the zip is fully sealed and that the grey stopper inside the valve sits flat. Then close the outer valve cap securely.
Will it make my luggage lighter?
No. Compression removes air, not weight. It frees up space, so you can fit more into the same case or travel with a smaller one. If your airline weighs bags, keep an eye on the scale.
Can I take it on a flight?
Yes, in both cabin and hold luggage. The pump has a rechargeable lithium battery, so airline rules mean it should travel in your cabin bag rather than the hold.
Will my clothes come out creased?
Fold garments flat before packing and creasing is similar to normal packing. Clothes that are rolled or bunched in will crease more under compression. Cotton and knitwear recover quickly; linen creases either way.
Can I compress again on the way home?
Yes. The bags are reusable and the pump recharges over USB, so you can repack and re-compress at your destination.
How is this different from cheap vacuum bags?
Two things. The pump is included, so you do not need a vacuum cleaner or a hotel that has one. And the bags are reinforced waterproof TPU with a sealed zip, rather than thin film with a valve.
What size are the bags?
Each bag holds 18L and measures roughly 44 x 29 x 14 cm. Choose the 2-bag kit or the 4-bag kit; both include one pump.
Does the pump need batteries?
No. It is a rechargeable 1200mAh unit charged over USB, and the cable is in the box.
Can I return the kit?
